Background

I founded Schultz Legal, LLC, after recognizing a significant need for estate planning and other legal services that are often too expensive for families and small businesses.  I have over ten years of experience as an attorney in Minnesota and have worked closely with many families to provide them with a complete plan for managing their estates, their health care, and providing for children and dependants.  I have served as corporate counsel and business manager for a Fortune 100 company.  I have extensive experience working on legal matters relevant to business owners, from business setup to contracts to litigation.  I practice in the areas of estate planning, general litigation and business law.
